The Jovial Crew (Cliff Haslam, Joseph Morneault, Michael Hotkowski and Rick Spencer) presents Sea Chanteys, Irish songs, drinking songs and nonsense at The Griswold Inn, 36 Main Street in Essex, CT. The fun starts as soon as you arrive. “The Gris” website is here.

The Thames River Heritage Park Foundation presents “In Their Own Words: Songs of Our Seafaring Heritage” at the Lyman Allyn Art Museum, 625 Williams Street in New London, CT. Tickets for the event are $20 for the general public and $15 for members of the Thames River Heritage Park Foundation or the Lyman Allyn Art Museum. The foundation’s website is here.
